Webinar on Pandemic and Force Majeure, was organised by A. Gladius, final year student, Saveetha School of Law coordinated by faculty, Assistant Prof. Ms. Supraja. N. S. The resource person invited for this session was Advocate Mr. Aniruddha Malik, he is currently working as an Associate in PricewaterhouseCooper at Haryana. The speaker delivered his lecture on Pandemic and Force Majeure. The session commenced by providing an outline about Force majeure and proceeded to provide insights about the current pandemic situation and its impact on performing contractual obligation. The speaker also discussed the correlation between pandemic and the act of god concept associated with force majeure. The session was very informative and was well discussed.
