Socio Legal Awareness Program

On 07-12-2022 Department of Labour Law, Center for Labour Studies, and Saveetha School of
Law in Collaboration with All Women Police Station, SRMC Range Mangadu, organized a Socio
Legal Awareness Program on Human Rights at Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Senior Secondary
School, Mangadu. The Students of Saveetha School of Law went class-wise and delivered their
speeches on Human Rights, and around 500 Students of Mangarishi Vidya Mandir were
addressed and got benefited from this Legal Awareness. The chief guest, The Inspector of
Police, SRMC range delivered a speech before the Students of Class 9 to 12 on the said Human
Rights topic. A Skid was Conducted by the Students of Saveetha School of Law on POCSO that
brought awareness to students on how to handle the undesired situations in their life.
