Legal impact of unstamped or inadequately stamped instruments

The session was very informative and interesting since the participants were interactive and many question were relating to stamped and unstamped instruments and the presenter explained about the roles of stamped duty and also explained about the effect of unstamped duty which need to be attached and also we looked in the validity of agreement and documents which need to be duly stamped and also explained about procedure for stamped and unstamped instruments.
