Law day celebrations

The Constitutional Law Day festivities hosted by our criminal law department was a monumental success. These festivities were celebrated by organizing around 20 events . Every individual who participated had immense pleasure and participated whole heatedly . When asked what were their favorite events . The students vehemently answered devil's advocate and Client counciling as their favorites. Apart from which the Tamil legislative assembly was another crowd favorite having a number of passionate participants. Drawing in around a 100 participants . The aim of organising the event was to create awareness among the students of the decision making process and the department is proud to say it was a success . When asked, the students were raving about the entirety of the event and how much they loved . 

The judges from their respective disciples were called to judge the events and  were astounding with the talents portrayed by our students and requested that they be called again in the future to be part of such events . Dr. Manjupriya Marisamy , Joint Secretary for the All India Human Rights Commission, Mrs. G Bavani having 9 years of experience in the educational field , Aishwarya Thabitha ( Architect and designer ), Asher Franklin ( Blogger and Photographer ) , Krizil ( Photographer and Ad Video maker )  , Abishek Castro ( SOEL ) were some of the dignitaries brought to judge the events . It brings the Department of Criminal Law great pleasure to have been a part of helping our students showcase their talents . The students enjoyed the complexity of the treasure hunt and enjoyed showing off their cooking talents in the cooking competition . The judges loved the dishes made and ultimately had a hard time deciding the winner . The entire celebration concluded by screening the short flims shot by our own students . The entire auditorium erupted with cheers and claps of encouragement by the students when the films were casted 

The overall experience was considering spectacular and the consensus was that of extreme satisfaction and happiness among the students .The Department of Criminal Law is proud to have organized the Law Day Celebrations
