Industrial Visit to Pakkam Coir Cluster and Sri Kanniga Match Works

Saveetha School of law conducted an Industrial Visit to Pakkam Coir cluster Pvt Ltd, Ramalai Road, Vellore district, Tamil Nadu- 632601 and Sri Kanniga Match Works, Vellore- 632004 and Vellore Fort on 3rd March, 2023. Students were given a detailed explanation of the working of coir and match making industry. The process from obtaining a natural resource as an input to converting the same to a coir and products such as mats were shown and explained.
