GENERATIONAL RIGHTS

Webinar was on the topic Generational Rights and the speaker was Mr. D. Bennet Paul Giftson he is currently working as an Assistant Professor at SRM University.

The resource person explained about the four different generational rights which were followed in the olden, medieval days and also he focused on our present generational rights which were dealt as fourth generational rights. During the webinar he elucidated the importance of the generational rights and also we had the chance to know about the ramifications of legal aspects under the four different generational rights.

This topic hold high importance as it deals with the present generational rights and how far the implementation of this have processed further.
