Ethical and Legal Issue in the Medical Practise

Dr. Faizur Rahmaan  the Resource person explained the principle of ethics, Consent, Management of Patients, Statutes, professional Indemnity and management of Aged person. The speaker gave  detail explanation of Medical law relating to the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 and Indian Penal code, 1860, also covered the Law relating to Drugs, Bio-Medical waste, establishment of clinic & Medical council Act, 1956. The Resource person enlighten the concept of Negligence and the area ,most likely to raise ligitigation. Finally he summed-up the legal and ethical issues in the health care system.
