Mr.R. Aswin was the resource person of this webinar. He provided an insight on the basics of corporate citizenship , about the corporate governance and what is corporate social responsibility. The relevance of corporate citizenship, the aspects of role of corporate social responsibility in Case of emergency conditions and during the pandemics. The provision of corporate social responsibility given in the old as well as the new company law in India, also briefly explained about the amount that has to be contributed by the company in csr, the liabilities of the companies in case if the companies are not met with their statutory obligations. The resource person also explained about the contributions of the companies made during the pandemic and their relevance to the corporate social responsibility.
