The speaker explained about the major categories of law which is substantive and procedural law and also gave a small introduction of the history of CPC then he continued with section 2 which deals with definition, later on he covered the main aspects regarding plaint, pleading, written statement, review, revision, jurisdiction, cause of action and he explained the procedure to be followed under civil suits it was very hard to cover the whole concept under one webinar so the resource person had let us know some of the above mentioned important points under CPC, the resource person ended the session by saying the major difference between the order, decree and judgement and its importance under the suit.
