BUDDING ENTREPRENEURS

Department of Management Studies organised Budding Entrepreneurs of SSL, 2022 to motivate students into Entrepreneurship on 6th September 2022.  The program was organized by Dr.Sreeya B and students enrolled in Entrepreneurship Development course were teamed up to showcase their business skill on this great platform. There are nearly 8 teams which competed to show up their entrepreneurial skills. The stalls of teams started their business in their stalls, sharply at 9.15 A.M and it continued till 2.00 P.M. Within the short duration of time all the budding entrepreneurs as a team they gave their best. Variety of foods were sold in stalls food ranging from traditional food like Paniyaram, Bajji Varieties, Chat items like Pani poori, Sandwiches, Sweets, Pastries, Hot drinks, and also soft drinks. More than 800 SSL Students and Faculty members tasted the food items in various stalls. They also shared their opinions, thoughts and suggestions which gave students, more practical insight into Entrepreneurship.  At the end of the day, various teams were evaluated based on the profit earned and the team of M.Linita Christy and V.Lakshmi Preya received Best Budding Entrepreneur award.

 "The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today", as this quote says, this event has moulded the student entrepreneurs to take up more responsible initiatives in their future endeavours.
