Mr.K.Rahul was the resource person for the webinar on arbitration and conciliation. He is advocate who has passed his law from Government law college Chennai. His field of practice is civil cases, arbitration, NCLT cases and the Supreme Court.  And he has Advocate Rahul in his college time done internship with Lordship Justice M M Sundresh, Judge of Madras High court for 17 months. He has  also stayed in Delhi and got exposure in Supreme court and now practising with firm 360 Legal.

The resource person explained about the historical perspective of the evolution of the act till the present date. He explained about the need of the Alternative dispute resolution since the duration in courts is comparatively long, the present scenario  has given a spotlight to ADR for dispute resolution. The speaker stated the procedure in the dispute resolution and the benefits of the client who chose this alternative method and stated five important case laws which are historical till date and recent amendments.He further gave guidance to the students who are interested in taking a career in ADR.

The webinar on this topic gave a pathway to students who are curious over the practical aspects and guidelines of existing laws and practical applicability in society.The webinar is important for society because its consumes less time for dispute resolution.
