The special lecture was delivered by prof V. Udayakumar., Practicing advocate and Guest faculty in TN Dr Ambedkar Govt law college, chennai. He delivered a lecture about general introduction about contract and its essential. And then he discussed about types of contract. The session was so interesting and the students were listening actively. He explained about the about the topic "An overview about capacity to contract " and then focused on the topic. He discussed about many case laws and examples for easily understanding to the students. Finally he discussed about Effect of Minor’s Agreement,Contract with Lunatics and persons disqualified by Law. He gave a detailed information about Free Consen,t – Coercion,Undue influence, Misrepresentation,Fraud,and Mistake. Finally he concluded the session with case laws for the topic capacity to contract.
