The 3rd National Mega Moot Competition conducted by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in collaboration with the Saveetha School of Law was a grand success with 25 teams participating from different universities across India. The primary purpose of our moot court competition is to prepare students for their future legal careers by immersing them in a realistic courtroom environment. The moot problem comprised issues relating to cyber law and criminal jurisdiction. The teams started arriving at the Campus on 22nd August, 2024. The Competition was scheduled to commence on 23rd morning with researchers' tests for all the researchers of the team. All the researchers took up the test which was the basis for deciding the ‘best researcher award’. The draw of lots began and exchange of memorials took place. The preliminary rounds and the quarter final rounds took place on 23rd August, 2024. Top eight teams qualified for the quarter finals round. On 24th of August 2024, the semi finals round and the finals round took place which was presided by advocates and government pleaders of the Madras High Court. The valedictory ceremony commenced on the afternoon of 24th August 2024 in the presence of Senior Counsel and theGovernment Pleaders of the Madras High Court along with our beloved Principal Prof. Dr. Asha Sundaram mam.

The 3rd National Mega Moot Competition, 2024 was a grand success with extreme hard work, commitment, and impressive arguments from the participants' side and accepted the results of the competition on a healthy basis.
