Dr. Vasileios started the session by highlighting the nuances of blended teaching that they are adopting in Nottingham Law School (NLS), which boosted the morale of the academics and students alike. The moderator raised pertinent questions relating to the career avenues of Indian law students to practice as a Solicitor in the UK and the discussions revolved around the benefits and admission process of Legal Practice Course (LPC). Dr. Vasileios elaborated on the process of scholarships in UK law schools including the Nottingham Law School. He reiterated the benefits the students of Saveetha School of Law can avail as part of the MoU between SSL and NLS. The conversation then moved on to the various specialisations offered by Nottingham Law School and their career prospects. The session ended with an interactive Q & A wherein the panelists cleared the doubts raised by the students. The session was attended by about 50 students and faculties
The resource person Mr. Bharanidar M in the webinar has discussed the various contours of vicarious Liability and had expounded on the principle of vicarious liability under some Indian Laws with reference to the Public Liability Act.

The resource person Dr. Sophia David Livingston, M.A, B.Ed, M.Phil, UGC-SET, PhD., presented a topic on ‘The Juvenile Justice Act’.The Juvenile Justice Act was discussed and deliberated in an impactful manner. The various facets of this act with special reference to child care and development, holistic health of a child, rehabilitation and social reintegration, physical and emotional well being was discussed. The diverse provisions in the realm of law and justice were articulated with insights from the act. The discussion also dwelt upon the nerve-wracking and spine-chilling Nirbhaya case which rocked the chords of the nation.

Dr. Naresh Kumar G, presented on the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act ,1971 & the Amendment bill, 2020.On the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act he explained the legal safeguards present under the Act and he also explained about Legal Abortion and Punishments under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (Sec.312-316).

Mr.B.Vignesh Ramanadhan was invited as speaker of the session who is currently working as a legal advisor for various reputed companies across Chennai. The topic discussed in the session was the overview and importance of Indian evidence Act 1873 in which all the aspects of Indian Evidence Act was covered. Firstly, he started with three important legislations of Indian criminal law. He also advised all the participants to observe sensational or serious cases in order to equip themselves with important precedents and the session was very informative and lively. He further gave various illustrations and examples for understanding and this topic is of prime importance as the evidence is playing a vital role in deciding a case and it's development in the recent days is massive.

The resource person explained about the types of ADR Mechanism - Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation. The resource person gave us suggestions for improving the Standard of ADR dispute resolution Mechanism.
