webinar on overview and importance of Indian evidence Act 1873 

Mr.B.Vignesh Ramanadhan  was invited as  speaker of the session who is currently working as a legal advisor for various reputed companies across Chennai. The topic discussed in the session was the overview and importance of Indian evidence Act 1873 in which all the aspects of Indian Evidence Act was covered. Firstly, he started with three important legislations of Indian criminal law. He also advised all the participants to observe sensational or serious cases  in order to equip themselves with important   precedents   and the session was very informative and lively. He further gave various illustrations and examples for understanding and this topic is of prime importance as the evidence is playing a vital role in deciding a case and it's development in the recent days is massive.
