The significant role played by the judiciary in interpretation and implementation of the concept was discussed along with negative criticisms over the Judges’ opinion and the perspective of the society upon judiciary’s ‘ahead of time’ judgements was also discussed.
The session was concluded by quoting Lord Acton’s famous quote ‘Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely’ which is associated by scholars to monarchy and separation of powers.
