Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act

The speaker of the webinar was Advocate M.R.GOKUL KRISHNAN, B.L., LL.M (U.K). He gave an overview about the  RERA Act, with an introduction which includes history and objectives of the Act. Further he said about the applicability of the Act and referred sections for definition and it's functions and the role of Rera Act under real-estate properties. He also explained the salient features of the Act and it's benefits. The session ended by knowing about offense and penalties for agents, promoters and for buyers.
