This lecture mainly focused on modern management concept for upcoming mangers and lawyers. He explain about the theories of modern management concept and how to applied as a practically this theories for day to day manager and lawyer life. He was explain the management functions like planning ,organizing ,staffing ,directing ,and controlling. He was discussed about SWOT analysis for employer and employees and organization.
