Arbitration in India

D.Francis Rozario Arun Raj has presented on Arbitration in Indiaand its scope to a greater extent in India. Arbitration means a process for settling a dispute between the parties by agreeing to let an impartial third party to make binding decisions, without the intervention of court proceedings. Apart from these, he has explained the interim orders and appealable orders. The term arbitral award means a decision which has been given by an arbitrator. The document that gives and explains the decision of an arbitrator is called an award. It’s a final judgement and binding in the same manner as the decision of a court. And concluded by saying that there is a huge scope of arbitration, but there should be practice in the court for at least a few years to have a very good future.
