An overview of industrial dispute act 1947

Special lecture held on 11.10.19 was taken by Mr.Alan david Rufus , practicing as an advocate in High Court Of Madras on the Topic , Industrial dispute act 1947. He has explained about Industrial Dispute act and especially explained about authorities under the act like work committee , courts of inquiry , labour courts and tribunal and also briefly explained about lay off, retrenchment , lock out ,closure . He had good interaction with Students and clarified the student doubts at the end of the session.
