A overview on trademark in India 

Resource person explained  about the topic with lots of examples. SHE presented the whole session with a PPT and  explained about advantages and disadvantages of TRADE MARK. A trademark is a unique symbol or word used to represent a business or its products. Once registered, that same symbol or series of words cannot be used by any other organization, forever, as long as it remains in use and proper paperwork and fees are paid..The session from beginning to end was very interesting since the resource person explained in practical manner.
