Jurisprudence

As a part of special lecture series Advocate Kishore , conducted a special interactive session  on ownership. He discussed the status of  unborn child and the  right of ownership, jurisprudencial aspects of possession and ownership, partial and absolute ownership from a practical point of view. The case laws and the practical application of the theory made the session very interesting.
