Medical Negligence

As a part of special lecture series, orientation program was on Medical Negligence by Dr.A.Vijayalakshmi, Assistant Professor,School of Excellence in Law and she discussed that negligence is the breach of duty caused by omission.She further gave a general discussion on duties of a medical practitioner in law, medical negligence and tort law and some legislation pertaining to medical negligence.
