The International Day of Peace is observed by the United Nations on 21st September every year. In the recent times, peace has been an eluding phenomena in many of the regions of the world and it is starkly visible in South Asian region, where we had seen conflicts and disturbances in Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan to name a few. This webinar will look into the problems and prospects for Peace and Security in the South Asian Region on the basis of tracing the historical & current events.
