WEBINAR ON INVASION OF YOUR PRIVACY

Webinar on Invasion of privacy was having the Resource person as J.Ashok who holds a Bachelor degree in Law and he is practising as an advocate in High court and other subordinate court.

The resource person explained about the right to privacy under the Indian Constitution. He also explained the International provisions regarding the right to privacy.  Right to privacy is a requisite of right to life and personal liberty under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.  So as to give each individual that right, the State accordingly is giving those private moments to be enjoyed with those whom they want without the prying eyes of the rest of the world.He further elucidated about  Puttuswamy  case which is a landmark judgement regarding right to privacy and many cases relating to the topic.

This topic holds high importance since the right to privacy upholds the community and aims towards protecting one's personal life and privacy in the society. It is essential for all students to know their right to privacy in the Society.
