WEBINAR ON INTRODUCTION TO PATENT LAW

The Resource Person for the Webinar was Mr. Rajasekaran who holds a Master degree in Business Administrations and Master Degree in IPR, who is an examiner of Patent.

The Resource Person explained about Patent Law and differentiated it with other Intellectual Property Rights. He also explained about the extent of Patent Law in India and about preparation and prosecution about IPR Application. During the course of the webinar the resource person elucidated the working of patent applications in Pandemic Situation. As this webinar is on the Topic of Introduction to Patent Law, He explained all the basics in a detailed manner and also explained the Concept of Product Patent and Process Patent. He resolved some of doubts raised by the Participants.
