Webinar on fundamental principles in trademark 

Webinar on fundamental principles in trade mark was conducted by resource person Mrs. Shiva Shankari. She  holds a M.A., ML.,MBA  degree and is currently practicing in Intellectual Property Rights  cases and in IPR registry. She explained about the trademark cases proceeding. She further explained about a trademark case and the filing procedure in detail to the participants.

During the course of the webinar she elucidated the importance of protecting and registration of a trademark. Furthermore, she also explained about Form 4 and she  presented the documents in a ppt presentation for better understanding. The importance of the topic in this present scenario is
