Webinar on an overview of civil procedure code by the resource person Mr. PONMUDI Sir who is a Seniors Advocate in Salem. 

          The speaker took the topic the jurisdiction of the civil courts where in the speaker  told about the various types of Jurisdiction and basic structure of civil courts. Further he told about the Res Judicata, Suits to be filed, parites  to be filed and Institutions to be filed. Explained about the  affidavit and some topics related to civil procedure code. Further told recent case laws relating to civil procedure code. And then he explained about the plaint, written statement, court fees and so on. Then said about the basic court manners and the real examples that happen to him in the court. 

         The topic was chosen to provided with practical knowledge about cpc proceedings along with theoretical aspects.
