Mr. Dhanram Ramachandran explained about the trademark , registration proceedings and litigation in this session using  PPT . Through several examples and by sample plaint . The session was very informative. He also suggested some blogs for refference and  concluded by saying that whole trademark cannot be handled in single session .He also asked us to mail our queries related to trademark and he would recert as soon as possible
