Saveetha Social welfare club conducted a welfare program on 5th November,2022 at Truth Foundation, Kolathur, Chennai organized by Prof. Dr. Asha Sundaram principal.The program was accompanied by five faculty co-ordinators and 55 students .

Truth Foundation is an orphanage in which there were many children leading their life in the orphanage .Social welfare club identified their necessities and contributed the basic necessities.Saveetha School of Law  contributed  groceries like rice , urad dhal, soap, detergent, etc and other necessities which was great helpful for children. The students interacted with the children and the staffs and authorities of the foundation . They learned that many children were abandoned children and some children were sent by Child welfare Committee .All the childern were sent to schools in both private and government schools.
