SHORT DESCRIPTION OF WEBINAR :An Overview on RPWD,Act 2016

The Webinar was hosted by Mrs Sarika Gopalakrishan , Optometrist and who is also a famous writer and philosopher expressed about her creation and writing of a law book  which was written in the theme  of law and medicine .The nature of book was introduced and the speaker explained through the regarding the protection given to low vision and disabled person in India. The major intention of  the program is to discuss and to make aware of the possibilty of curing such disability through therapeutical treatments and process.

The webinar also explained how the concept of INCLUSIVE EDUCATION functions and how such initiation provide us a pathway for better and future aspects of progress.The major explanation of provisions and protection of low vision were discussed and examined by the speaker. The lecture also denotes and provided us a pathway to bridge a gap between the current legal problems faced by society and to provide them with the solution for the same.This webinar holds a validity and made the layman to recognize their right including the disabled person to seek remedy and to protect their own rights.
