Special lecture (on 9th March 2020 from 8 am to 9.30 am) delivered by Mr. N.Bhuvaneshwaran from school of excellence in law on "settlement machineries under Industrial Disputes Act 1947". he explained elaborately about the work committee , labour court and tribunals , conciliation , board of conciliation , arbitration and compulsory arbitration..He is a practising advocate as well, so he explained the procedure related to these settlement methods and labour related issues..and the session was more interactive and students asked many doubts and he clarified precisely.
