Students and faculties of Saveetha School of law visited various public places on Saturday and conducted a legal awareness survey on important legal issues of public interest. The survey was conducted as part of curriculum to gather information regarding various legal research topics undertaken by the students. After five days of classroom learning on legal principles students were given a chance to interact with the general public on every saturday to analyse the actuality of its implementation. The survey was beneficial to the public as well as it created awareness about various legal issue of general interest. The survey topics ranged from Banking laws, Right to Maintenance, Intellectual Property Rights, Importance of Aadhar and Social welfare Services, Online Child Pornography, Labour Welfare, Medical Malpractices, Environmental laws etc.
