Dr.M.Vetrivel, Associate Professor, department of commerce, Vels university, Chennai delivered the lecture. This lecture mainly focused for organization in recruitment process included IT, FMGC, automobile,& Services Industry, etc… . He was explain the how to conduct recruitment & selection process through on campus or off campus. He also covered different industry and consultant recruitment methods (Based on the commission & Non commission) . He also explains the different types training methods for employees.   He is giving more practical & corporate examples.
