Production and operational management in companies

Mr A Anand B.E, MBA. the speaker has over fifteen years of experience in the field of the corporate sector. And  is currently working as a Senior Manager production in an MNC company. The topic started with the different types of M in the production process, which is the man power, material, money, machinery and methods. The various areas of operational management was also discussed. The speaker gave a detail explanation over the entire production process of goods starting from the purchase of raw material till the completion of the finished goods. He also explained over the involvement of the different departments in the process of manufacturing a product which included marketing, sales, design, supply chain, planning, warehouse, production, maintenance, finance, customer support and the human resource management.
