“PROCEEDINGS OF CIVIL SUIT”

The speaker discussed the detailed aspects of filing the civil suit and its proceedings. He started the webinar on discussing about the types of jurisdiction and of filing the cases based on the jurisdiction. Once after discussing the importance of jurisdiction analysis, the speaker moved to discuss the marginal amount that has been fixed for filing of civil suits based on legionary jurisdiction. He gave a broader view on the latest amendment to the pecuniary jurisdiction. The speaker was asked to share one of his case experiences by one of the participants for which he shared one of his criminal trial experiences. All the doubts asked by the participants regarding filing of suit and about the registration had been encouraged and cleared by the speaker. The topic of this webinar is important for everyone to know about the court proceeding so that no one else ends up having justice being denied.  It was an interesting and thoughtful session.
