PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF REGISTRATION ON TRANSFER OF PROPERTY

Mr. G. Venkataramani Advocate , the Resource person, spoke about the provisions and practical aspects in Transfer of Property Act. He also laid emphasis on matters relating to transfer of property and registration. He explained how the act of parties and operation of law play an important role in property law. He also dealt in concepts under the succession act, whereby covering Testamentary and Non - Testamentary Jurisdictions. He also discussed Probate of a Will and how an Executor can make a will. He made the students acquainted with basic knowledge on Property Law which will help them in future.
