Nature and Importance of Law of Contracts

On January 7, 2019 a special lecture on "Nature and Importance of Law of Contracts" was organized for the students. The Speaker of the session was Mrs. Hemalatha R, a practicing advocate and a part time academician . The speaker discussed about the essentials of a valid contract, different types of contracts, types of offers, breach of contracts and various remedies available to the parties etc. The interactive session was concluded with discussion of case laws and current developments in E-contracts.
