The students and faculties of Department of Management Studies of Saveetha School of Law organized “Meraki ‘22”, Intercollege Management Meet on 7th September, 2022. This was a momentous day in Saveetha School of Law’s history as this grand intercollegiate management meet Meraki 22 was hosted for the first time by the Department of Management Studies.  

The event started with inauguration ceremony at 9am, by welcoming Dr. Asha Sundaram, Principal, Saveetha School of Law and students from other colleges with a flash mob and Silambattam followed by launching of the event, introduction of the event coordinators, signing of graffiti board and finally photos of the delegates were taken in the photo booth. The Master of Ceremony for the inauguration ceremony was done by Arun Karthick V.A. of fourth year B.A. LLB(Hons.). 

More than 150 students from different colleges like Gurunanak College of Arts and Sciences, Patrician College of Arts and Science, Anna Adarsh College for Women, Loyola College, Sriram College of Arts and Science, The New College, DG Vaishnav College, Amity Global Business School, St. Peters college, SRM Arts and Science college, Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Panimalar Engineering college, Madras Christian College and others, and jury members from corporates were invited for adjudicating the events. 

The inauguration ceremony was followed by the commencement of different technical and fun events which includes Impresario (Best Manager), Twisted Minds (Connexions), Wolf of Dalal Street (Stock War), Quizness (Business Quiz), Bid To Beat (IPL Bidding), Admad (Adzap) and Biztalk (Business Plan). The events were conducted from 10:30 am- 1:30 pm.  

The valedictory ceremony for the event started at 2:30 pm. And the chief guest for the ceremony was Mrs. Latha Pandiyarajan, Managing Trustee and Co-founder of Ma Foi Group of Companies. Samrin Sulaiman (Coordinator) of fourth year BBA LLB(Hons.) delivered the welcome address. The chief guest addressed the gathering about rapidly evolving world which demands more than just good scores and also stressed the importance of skills that will help them enhance the physical, artistic and emotional aspects of their life and survive in this competitive world. Chief guest also were distributed awards to winners of various events. Finally, a vote of thanks was delivered by Muthukalanidhi M (Coordinator) of fourth year BBA LLB(Hons.). The Master of Ceremony for the valedictory ceremony was  Niranja Lakshmi of fourth year BBA LLB(Hons.).
