Medical Law and Ethics

Special Lecture was conducted on the topic Medical Law and Ethics. The Guest Lecturer had started the topic with the general outline about various medical Councils in India. Then she had highlighted the rights and duties of the Doctors as well as the patients. Further given the outline about the Negligence done by the Doctors by explaining principles of Vicarious liability, Res Ipsa Loquitor, etc. For the better understanding she had explained it with the help of case laws. The Guest Lecturer had later interacted with the students about the Medico Legal importance of various offences with her practical Knowledge.
