Liabilities of minors in partnership firm

On 18:10:2019 the special lecture was organised for the subject contract-2 on the topic “LIABILITIES OF MINORS IN PARTNERSHIP FIRM” under Indian Partnership Act. She covered first about the general aspects about partnership. Later she explained about the kinds of partners in a firm . She explained the liabilities of minor in a firm and how for their liability travels and ends . She explained in a wider sense that minors can enjoy only profits in a company and they cannot share their loss in a firm. She explained with recent case case laws. She finally finished the class with explaining the rights and duties of partners and also mi irs ina partnership firm. The session was so damn interesting and interactive with the students that the students started making fun of the special lecturer. She finally clarified the doubts to the students. The special lecture was Useful and covered overview aspects of Indian Partnership Act.
