Law and Rights before and after arrest

Mr. Magesh kumar  was the resource person of this webinar. He provided an detail study on crpc of 1973. He also explained about how the arrest can be made and types of arrest that is with warrant and without warrant . He had also provided several examples prevailing elsewhere in the India with regard to arrest. The resource person also had raised several concerns about the case law  like jn Shukula vs Union territory of Andhra Pradesh. He also gave insight in procedure of arrest is to be incorporated in the legal field and  addressed the concern  of speedy trial and concept of free Legal Aid.
