Gender Justice and Jurisprudence

On 18.10.2019 at 8.30 am , Dr. Nataraj Kumar, Principal, Priyadarshini Law College, Ongol delivered a Special Lecture on " Gender Justice and Jurisprudence "as part of the National Conference organised by Saveetha School of Law. In first session , he explained the constitutional provisions of India regarding gender justice and compared it with the legal provisions of other Asian Countries. In Second session he described about the penal provisions regarding crimes against women and important precedents of Supreme Court and various High Courts of India . Both sessions were very informative and thought provoking. The lecture concluded at 10.45 am
