Department of Physical Education and Yoga, Saveetha school of law organized Faculty Development programme on 21.01.2023. Totally 27 faculties were participated and benefited practical session in this Programme. The resource person Mr.Adithya Heppar, Faculty, Yogalaya Health Care Institution, Chennai delivered the session. The session was started at 11.30 AM at Yoga Hall, SSL.  It covered practical session of meditation Loosening exercises and breathing techniques.
