Emergency in the Indian Constitution

Special Guest Lecture was delivered by Ms. Reka, Practicing Advocate at Madras High Court on the Topic " Emergency ". She lectured on Definition of Emergency, Kinds of Emergency, Purpose of Emergency and gave a detailed lecturing on National and Financial Emergency in India. Further delivered lecture on Centres importance on the state during emergency and protection of state during emergency was discussed. Further, she gave a tips to all student on How to prepare for Competitive Exam. Students also actively participated and asked questions on the topic emergency and discussed few case laws on the same. This session was supportive for the students as part of their subject Indian Federalism
