Comparative Analysis on the Concept of Liability in India

"On 18.10.2019, Mr.Anandha Kumar Research Scholar, Dr.Ambedkar Law University,Chennai, delivered Special Lecture in the topic "" The Comparative Analysis on the Concept of Liability in India"" from 8.15 Am to 9.45 Am. He covered the Types of Liability, Strict Liability , Rule of Absolute Liability and Vicarious Liability of the State , position in England and India with recent landmarked Judgments in India including a Session discussed with case laws and the individual skills of students regarding the topic. An interaction with interpretation regarding Concept of Liability was made how a student understand the said topic and explanations was given. This helps to get adequate knowledge in academics , it was very interesting to students. The session was concluded at 9.45 am.
