K.Sudha Shree, Practicing Advocate in the Honourable High Court    of Madras, delivered a special lecture on the topic "Trademark Act 1999",she covered the reasons for legal protection of Trademark, Procedures for Registration of Trademark, the Infringement of Trademark and finally explained the registration procedures in website.
