A Webinar on “ Traditional Practice And Corporate Law Practice Along With Its Lifestyle Changes ” was organised in Saveetha School Of Law on 31.01.2022 by Dr.Asha Sundaram, Principal along with the faculty co - ordinator Mrs. Vidhyasri, Assistant Professor and the student co - ordinators - a team of 3 final year students of Saveetha School Of Law namely, The webinar was splitted into three major sessions and each session covered the different aspects of the topic with a high profiled resource persons who has more than 10 years of experience in the field of law to enumerate, comment, criticise and establish the factual reality as to the topic put forth. The first session of the webinar dealt all about the “ Traditional/Judicial Practice opportunities and challenges” and Mr.S.Maruthavijayan, Assistant Professor @ School Of Excellence In Law, Chennai was the key speaker and he started the session by interacting with the students to understand their aim and their understanding of the establishing the factual reality of the practice in law. He gave the students a high motivation to get involved in the traditional practice of advocacy and then explained the numerous problems faced by the law students and the changes in which they need to adapt, then the Second session of the webinar is all about The Corporate Law Practice, Growth And Its Challenges , Mrs.Savitha G an Advocate / Corporate Consultant and the Founder A&S associates was the key speaker of this session. She started the session with a brief introduction about the basic definition and the factual reality and understandings of her in the field of corporate law. Then it is followed by deep factual outlay of the corporate law and the sectors in which a corporate lawyer must dwell on. And then she gave a detailed note on the aspects of company law, Intellectual Property rights, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Negotiable Instruments Act, Debt Recovery process and the other aspects which are related to it. .And then the third session was presented by Dr. Sanjeevi, the director of Shri Deiveni Ayurveda Arogya Center at Madurai, on the topic ‘Leading a Healthy Lifestyle with Ayurveda’. He guided us on adapting and leading a healthy lifestyle which is crucial in all aspects of life and profession specifically. He briefed us about common mistakes we do in life, specifically in the advocate’s life
