A Webinar on CORPORATE LITIGATION on 25th February 2022. The first session of the webinar was handled by Advocate Vishnu B Com.,CS ,.MBA,BL.Sir has dealt with what is a company and gave a detailed view on the company processes as corporate litigation is not just about one business suing another. It also includes legal proceedings having anything to do with a firm or corporation, and include measures taken to avoid litigation as well as litigating and managing business disputes.where the company matters were classified into 3 categories , and also sir have taught about the company's litigation and management process, procedure of the litigation and the way to deal with all kinds of things in the Litigation process. Sir also gave an overview on the different acts of different matters relating to the company matters.

The Second session of the webinar was handled by Mr. P. Magesh completed his law degree and was one of the founding partners of Troika Legal, a newly established Law Firm in the city of Chennai. He is a polyglot with working knowledge of six languages. Sir has dealt with the Litigation under the insurance laws, firstly he discussed about The meaning of the topic then about the Insurance contract, different ways the dispute arises and the ways it had been resolved, and also sir have given certain illustrations of different nature of cases and also about the motor accident claims tribunal which is the one of the portion of insurance claims in India, and then about Motor vehicles act , finally with the motor accident claims tribunal. The third session of the webinar was handled by PH vinodh pandian is an advocate who is Handling High court matters ,sir is a specialist in banking law and arbitrator for any institutions, Sir is the Author of 2 books , former disciplinary committee member of bar council , had been standing counsel for Railways for more than 6 years , TNEB counsel from 2011 - 2014 , panel advocate for both.nationalised banks and private bank .sir gave a elaborated lecture on the laws regarding banking and about the history of the banking laws, then the changes made in different periods, sir also taught on the Banking tribunals with different case laws, at last sir have a detailed lecture on the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 it's impact and development on individuals and corporate entities.(UPTO 29 PARTICIPANTS HAD JOINED THIS MEETING)
