The Webinar on the Industrial Safety In Relation To Factories Act, 1948 was organised on 25.04.2021. The Resource Person Dr.K.P.Karthikeyan, Practicing in the field of law .The session primary gave an insight about the concept of Tamil Nadu safety rules, 2005 and its explanation in the employee safety. Various elements of the Factories Act, 1948 with constitutional validity were discussed. The graphical representation were made for the better understanding of the concepts . Landmark judgement were been analysed. The Resource person concluded by explaining the need to uphold the employee safety measures in the factories.
